Henry Saiz headlines Steam Room at Sing Sing Theater in Bangkok on Wednesday 28 October. The dim sum supperclub marks a new dinner concept in collaboration with Hong Kong’s Man Mo. Chef Nicolas Elalouf serves dumplings starting at 20:00, accompanied by drinks powered by Patrón. Early bird tickets cost 888 THB net and include admission, 10 pieces of dim sum across five flavours, and two cocktails. Door tickets are priced at 1,288 THB.
