Sophia is a ceremonial singer and songwriter. Her music is embedded with modern day prayers that speak of the journey from darkness to light, peace, healing and deep connection with nature.
Her ethereal voice has been known to awaken the souls of her listen
Ancient mystical traditions and her extensive travels colour her musical canvas. Sophia is classically and jazz trained. Drawing on her professional knowledge, her path is one of spiritual connections.ers.

Sophia writes and sings in both Hebrew and English. She collects songs, prayers, and chants from around the world . She currently travels around the world performing, offering workshops and private voice sessions to awaken the birth rite gift of all- the voice.

WHAT IS ECSTATIC DANCE ?

Ecstatic dance is a free-form movement and type of dance form, practiced without a fixed choreography.
The idea of ecstatic dance is to completely lend yourself and your body to the rhythm of the music. In ecstatic dance, you move freely through the space leading to a state of trance and ecstasy (hence the name ecstatic). In trance, many dancers find that ecstatic dance brings them into a deep meditative state.
– LIMITED SPACE – in order to offer you the best experience possible we decided to restrict the number or participant, best purchase your ticket in advance to ensure entrance.
– Food, cacao, drinks, and drinking water will be available.

ECSTATIC DANCE GUIDELINES ~

The following guidelines are typical of those followed at hundreds of conscious dances around the world, having been developed through community discussions and agreements over decades.
Please note: This is a Safe and Sacred Space – drug, smoking & alcohol-free!
Be mindful of others’ personal boundaries. Move freely in all directions/ respect all dance forms and the people around.
It’s a Non-verbal journey / with no mobile phones. together with love, we build a higher vibration.
Be clean. Please arrive fresh with a clean body and clothes, as some of us are sensitive to any scented products (including essential oils) or strong body odors.
Be curious, open, and accepting. Please suspend judgments of self or others.
Please bring a refillable water bottle, there is free water.
