Chef Nic Philip, former head chef of Anantara Thong Nai Pan, and Maxie Hill from Co-creative Bali are teaming up with Alexey from Bubba’s to create a culinary evening at our latest Thong Sala location.

On May 10, all 3 chefs together with Bubba’s support team work together to create a modern Australian seafood dinner. With limited seating available, this professional team sets out to cultivate a one of a kind dining experience for residents and visitors of Koh Phangan.

Expect exotic flavours, expressed through local produce accompanied with wine, cocktails and Bubba’s hospitality.

The 5 course dinner is priced at 990 baht per person and includes a welcome drink with the chefs. A wine or cocktail pairing is available for an additional 870 baht.
