TIME:
18:00 – 23:00 sauna and ice bath
18.30 – 21.30 myousic jam featuring AUM orchestra
21:30 – AUM chanting
22:00 – Gong meditation
22.30 – The atmosphere of Shanti, cozy relaxation.
