𝐓𝐑𝐈𝐒𝐓𝐀𝐍 𝐆𝐎𝐑𝐒𝐊𝐈, co-founder of Ecstatic Dance Koh Phangan, has been hosting weekly Ecstatic Dances on the island since 2016 and also facilitates and DJs events globally.
He is deeply passionate about the connection between music and movement and uses this connection to guide participants on a musical journey during his Ecstatic Dance sets, creating a safe and dynamic space for connection and self-discovery where celebration and meditation converge.

Ecstatic dance is a free-form movement and type of dance form, practiced without a fixed choreography.
The idea of ecstatic dance is to completely lend yourself and your body to the rhythm of the music. In ecstatic dance, you move freely through the space leading to a state of trance and ecstasy (hence the name ecstatic). In trance, many dancers find that ecstatic dance brings them into a deep meditative state.

Please note: This is a Safe and Sacred Space – drug, smoking & alcohol-free!
Be mindful of others’ personal boundaries. Move freely in all directions/ respect all dance forms and the people around.
It’s a Non-verbal journey / with no mobile phones. together with love, we build a higher vibration.
Be clean. Please arrive fresh with a clean body and clothes, as some of us are sensitive to any scented products (including essential oils) or strong body odors.
Be curious, open, and accepting. Please suspend judgments of self or others.
Please bring a refillable water bottle, there is free water.
